We collect almost nothing
No accounts, no logins, no analytics package, and nothing sold to anyone. Here is the complete list of what we hold.

What we collect
If you sign up for drop alerts: your email address, whether you chose daily or weekly, and the date you signed up. That is the entire record. We do not store your name, your IP address, or anything about which deals you looked at.
If you use the store locator: the ZIP code you type is used to find nearby stores and is not written to any database. It is not attached to you and not retained.
Server logs. Our host records standard web server logs — request time, page, browser, IP address — as any web server does. We do not analyse them and do not combine them with anything else.
There is no analytics package on this site. No Google Analytics, no heatmaps, no session recording, no advertising pixels beyond the affiliate tracking described below.
Cookies and affiliate tracking
InTuneDeals carries a tracking tag from impact.com, the network that administers our affiliate relationships. It sets identifiers in your browser so that if you click through to a retailer and buy something, that sale can be credited to us. It is how the site is paid for.
That tag is operated by Impact, not by us, and is subject to their privacy policy. We do not receive your identity from it — what comes back to us is a count of sales, not a list of who made them.
Our own site sets no cookies for tracking. If you block third-party cookies or use a content blocker, everything on InTuneDeals works exactly the same; we simply may not be credited for a purchase.
Who else touches your data
- Impact — affiliate tracking, as described above.
- Resend — delivers the alert emails. They receive your email address in order to send them.
- Render — hosts the site and the database your email address is stored in.
That is the complete list. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we never will — there is no version of this business where that makes sense.
Unsubscribing and deletion
Every alert email carries an unsubscribe link, which removes your address. If you would rather ask directly, or want to know what we hold about you, email jstanton812@gmail.com and we will delete it. Since the only record is your address and cadence, that request takes seconds to honour.
Depending on where you live you may have a legal right to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to its processing. The same address handles all of those.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us an email address, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to what we collect will be announced on the site rather than made quietly. Questions go to our contact page.
