Using this site, plainly stated

InTuneDeals watches what Guitar Center, Sweetwater, Musician's Friend and Sam Ash charge for music gear and publishes the drops worth knowing about. We are an observer, not a shop. Using the site means you accept what is written here.

InTuneDeals is operated by Joe Stanton. These terms are between you and him.

We do not sell anything. We hold no stock, take no payment, ship nothing and process no returns. When you click through to a retailer, everything from that point — price, availability, payment, delivery, warranty, returns — is between you and them, under their terms, not ours.

We are not an agent of any retailer and cannot act on your behalf with one. If an order goes wrong, the retailer is who can fix it. We are still glad to hear about it, because it usually means a listing here is wrong too.

Every price here is a reading taken automatically at a moment in time, and it can be stale by the time you see it. Retailers change prices without warning, run regional pricing, and sell out. We re-check continuously and pull deals that have ended, and a price can still be wrong when you arrive.

A price on this site is not an offer to sell and puts no obligation on us or on the retailer. The retailer’s own page is the authority, always. Confirm there before you buy. We give no warranty that anything here is accurate, complete, or currently available.

Outbound links take you to sites we do not run and do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, their terms, or how they handle your data. Some of those links may earn us a commission, which is set out in full in our affiliate disclosure.

Retailer names, brand names, product names and product photography belong to their owners. We use them to identify the listing a price belongs to — there is no other way to tell you where a price was found.

No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is claimed or implied. InTuneDeals is independent of every retailer and brand it names, and none of them has any say in what appears here.

What is ours is our own writing, the layout, the category system, the discount floors, the price history we have built up, and the compiled collection of deals.

Do not mirror or bulk-copy the deal corpus, resell it, pass the site off as your own, or try to break it. Do not use it to mislead anyone about what a retailer is charging.

Machines are welcome, though. We publish feed.json, rss.xml and llms.txt precisely so the data can be read without scraping us, and our robots.txt names the crawlers we welcome. Use those. They exist for this.

Signing up for alerts is optional and free. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we may change how often we send, or stop sending, at any time. We do not sell the list. What we store and why is set out in our privacy policy.

The site is provided as is. We run it carefully and it will still be wrong sometimes — a price will be stale, a link will break, a sweep will miss something. We do not promise the site is available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using the site or from relying on a price shown here — including anything you paid a retailer. The service is free, you pay us nothing, and our liability is limited accordingly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, and any dispute belongs in the courts of that state.
